Wie alles begann

Mit der Eröffnung der Schlosswirtschaft entstand direkt neben dem Schloss Schleißheim ein Ort der Begegnung und Gastlichkeit. Seitdem kehren hier Besucher, Ausflügler und Genießer ein, um bayerische Wirtshauskultur in besonderer Atmosphäre zu erleben.

2014

Generalsanierung

Nach vielen Jahrzehnten Betrieb wurde die Schlosswirtschaft umfassend restauriert. Ziel war es, das historische Gebäude zu bewahren und gleichzeitig die Grundlage für eine moderne Gastronomie zu schaffen.

2023

Neueröffnung

Nach jahrelanger Generalsanierung öffnete die Schlosswirtschaft ihre Türen erneut. Das traditionsreiche Haus verbindet seitdem historische Architektur mit zeitgemäßer Küche und neuem gastronomischem Konzept.

2026

Tradition trifft Moderne

Heute ist die Schlosswirtschaft wieder ein Treffpunkt für Gäste aus der Region und aus München. Ob im Biergarten, beim Abendessen oder bei besonderen Veranstaltungen – hier treffen Tradition und Genuss aufeinander.
